Homemade jams, marmalades, chutneys
We love what we do. And we take great pride in our work.
All our products are handmade by Kim and Mary Ann in our own purpose-built kitchen in Happisburgh, on the beautiful North Norfolk Coast.
We use traditional, open pan methods, making small batches of our products to ensure each jar is perfect.
Quality is important to us. Our jams, marmalades, jellies and chutneys are all made from locally sourced fruit and vegetables wherever possible. Some of it we grow ourselves, some is from local growers and farm shops. Where it’s impossible to source locally grown produce (not many Seville Oranges in Norfolk…), we work with carefully selected seasonal suppliers to ensure ingredients are as fresh as possible. We do not use any artificial preservatives or additives in our products.
As well as making all our products at home, we label, package and deal with all aspects of taking our products to market ourselves. We are a truly local, home-based industry and we intend to stay that way.
